Absolutely phenomenal! When I called the shop the gentleman was so nice and helpful. He took my order and did everything perfect. The flowers were delivered the next day. They were beautiful and my mother loved them so much.

Last minute order, the young Lady that took my order was more then exceptional. She was fantastic,listening to my concerns in ordering roses🌹 for my 77 young years old beautiful wife !! Delivery was was prompted and what a beautiful arrangement of roses. Thank 😊 you again, you made my wife ❤️ so happy😊 !! Kev

If I could put a less than 1 I would. During purchase, their website froze not allowing for the completion of the order. There was never a comfirmation email sent confirming purchase. During this time frame, another order was placed elsewhere as the website remained unusable for quite awhile. Only when I checked my account I found that both orders were placed. When I called to cancel this order I was told I could not. I have yet to receive a confirmation email from this company. When I called there was no work around or willingness to develop a solution. If I could give less than a 1 star I would.

Tried to order flowers today for a 2 day delivery. I ordered online. I get a text about 10 mins later stating they need the phone number of the recipient. I text it back immediately, no reply. I text back again, no reply. I get an Email from them stating the same thing. I Email them the phone number. They Email me back, stating they need the order number. Luckily I took a Screen Shot of the order, they never sent a confirmation Email. I sent them that. I get an Email back, stating they need the order number. The order number was in the screen shot. I sent them the order number again, this time I wrote it for them. Then I get another Email saying they need my Email address, the one they just Emailed me on. I think that company hires people with a 10 IQ. Why would they Email me, then ask for my Email? I don't get it. I just got fed up and told her I want to cancel my order. She asks for my Email again for the customer service team to reach out to me. Well,, they never did. I tried calling, I was number 21 in line, so I get an automated response so I can hang up and be called back when it's my turn in line. Guess what, no call back. I tried calling again in 50 mins, 21 in line, this happened 4 times I called, always 21 in line. What are the probabilities on that, slim and none. I finally went to their website and found a link I could cancel my order. What a nightmare. I went to Bloomex, which I should of done in the first place, no trouble with them, it was very smooth and easy. I'm too old to be dealing with these type of people at Blossom. Stay away, stay far away.
